May 2011 Exchanged contracts on the house,granted access (the house was vacant) for a week before we completed the sale. Painted all upstairs rooms white,added coving and new skirting board,and got new carpet laid in all bedrooms,the landing and the stairs.
August 2011 Ripped out old en suite.
February 2012 Building work starts downstairs to knock the kitchen and dining rooms together.
