The tapestry is finally finished

After nearly two years, it is finally done. Shame I managed to jog the camera so you can’t actually see the full finished result. Sorry about that. Will try harder next time.

Hooray! It’s gorgeous, I love it. Makes me want to start doing tapestry now…

I have enjoyed doing it so much. I feel a bit bereft this evening without it…

I love it and might put one on my Christmas lst. Os it a tapestry or a cross stitch?

It’s a tapestry kit – I think it’s cross stitch but using tapestry wool. I’m going to have to put another one on my Christmas list as I’ve loved doing it.

Well done Heather! It looks great. I love tapestry, problem is when I start one I become obsessed and little else gets done.

I have to say that I did definitely get rather obsessed at some points! My MIL bought it for me to try to make me sit still (something I’m really not good at), and in that it was definitely successful.

Love it. It has made me want to put the computer down and get cross-stitching an abandoned project of mine. I have a couple of tapestry projects waiting to be done but this one is gorgeous, googling Emily Peacock as soon as I press “Post Comment”.

Do it! I’m terrible at getting off the computer, but having a project to do definitely helped. I’ve already got my next Emily Peacock design on my Christmas list.

Let’s hope it looks as good when it’s framed! It’s at the framers now and I’m very nervous…

Am so tempted by it – am not usually a fan of counted crossstich though…
