Right, something a bit out of my comfort zone today (actually, most things feel out of my comfort zone at the moment, but that’s another story), to announce a workshop, hosted by me, where you can make a wall hanging like this one.
I’ve been working on an exciting project with 91 Magazine and West Elm, which you’ll be able to see in the new AW issue. To celebrate this issue, 91 Magazine is hosting a curated pop-up event at West Elm’s flagship Tottenham Court Road store from 17-20 November. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be hosting a two workshops on the first day.
Workshop attendees will create a fantastic textural wall hanging to take home with them. I’ll provide all the materials (including yarns, twines and other strings, beads, metal hoops and branches), and will be on hand to offer direction and give advice. There are so many different things you could do with the materials provided, so attendees will be encouraged to get creative and make something unique for their home. I’m so looking forward to seeing what everyone creates. If you want to join me, head over to EventBrite now to book a place on my one of my workshops.
There are lots of other exciting independent brands, makers and workshops at West Elm for the four days – you can download the full schedule here. From paper eucalyptus wreath making, to tea blending, to styling – there’s a host of amazingly creative workshops on offer that take their inspiration from 91 Magazine’s new A/W issue. Order your copy now to help you get cosied up ready for the winter months.
