Just So Festival 2014: Our tribe reveal

Each year, the wonderful Just So Festival finishes with the Tribal Tournament, where the winning tribe (owls, foxes, stags, fish, frogs or lions) is announced amidst a final fantastic knees up. 25 tips for family camping holidays

Pack kids’ clothes (and your own) into clear plastic zip-up storage bags – this makes it super-easy to see the clothes so you can grab them without having to scrabble around the bottom of a bag. Pack nice underwear. You’re going to have to hang it out to dry in full view of all your camping neighbours. Patterned clothes show up less dirt. And opt for darker colours too. Campsite activities for young children

We loved being away with the kids for a month, but it can get tiring needing to keep them entertained 24/7, especially when most of the campsites we chose to stay on were on the smaller side – a compact playground (if we were lucky) and a swimming pool (maybe). Hello freckles

One of my absolute favourite things about Spring? We get outside, and almost immediately Fonz’s nose gets a sprinkling of the most gorgeous freckles. His skin is so fair that even the most subtle of freckles, which these are, jump out at me, and I fall madly in love with every, single tiny little one. They make my heart flutter. Travelling alone with kids

Although I love travelling, I’m not the most confident person and so have never gone away my own, and definitely lean on my husband Ben when we go abroad. He’ll normally sort all the practical stuff – loading luggage, sorting out the hire car or campervan, booking day trips, even the food shopping.
