I can’t think of a better way to celebrate the fact that this time last year we were just setting off on our month’s adventure around Europe (#30daysofcamping on Instagram) than with a weekend back under canvas. We’re well into the second week of our Europe road trip and most of our time so far has been in picture-perfect Switzerland. We spent three nights in the mountain town of Frutigen, about half an hour from Interlaken.
