Hirameki: Quick and easy DIY watercolour Valentines cards

Easy Valentines cards for kids to make

Spotted these heart caterpillars on Pinterest (where else?!) and thought they’d be perfect for the twins’ Valentines cards this year. I cut out hearts in lots of colours and then the twins stuck them onto a sheet of A4 white card, folded lengthways in half. They added googly eyes and pipe cleaner antennae. It was Ez’s idea to use two hearts to make a butterfly on the back of the card and then both the twins wanted to keep going so they grabbed their felt tips and coloured sky and grass.
